The Yoalli Dress Sleeve Extension is a digital PDF sewing pattern including instructions and a PDF extension pattern for sewing 3 different longsleeves for the Yoalli Dress, which is a sweetheart bodice dress with a half circle skirt also available in my shop.

The Yoalli Dress is designed to flatter all kinds of body types, since the fitted bodice and half circle skirt complement each other perfectly. The puffy sleeves make for a perfectly elegant silhouette and make the dress fit for wearing it on colder days, too.

Featuring:

– Sizes: A – I (Bust size 76cm-112cm / 30in-44in )
– 3 different versions: elastic cuff (version U), shirred cuff (version V), buttoned cuff (version W)
– Includes: Instructions with illustrations, printing instructions, size guide, hacking inspiration; PDF pattern
– Printing sizes available: A4, US letter, A0
– Sewing skill level: Intermediate or advanced beginner. Some experience with fitting princess seams recommended.
– Supplies needed: Printer&paper, scissors&tape, fabric, sewing machine, thread, 25cm invisible zipper (Y) OR about 15 buttons (X), 80cm of 2-3cm wide elastic
– Suggested fabric: woven fabrics such as cotton, viscose, linen or similar fabrics
-Language: English
– Important: You need the original Yoalli Dress sewing pattern in order to sew the complete dress. This is only the sleeve extension.

Sewing Tips

Sewing a muslin/toile first is always recommended since it allows you to check the fit and make any necessary adjustments first. When choosing your size, I recommend going after your upper bust measurement and performing a full bust adjustment (FBA) if necessary. When sewing the buttoned cuff, the cuff size chould be chosen according to personal preference of tightness and ease.
